Laser Profiling
We have the North East's highest volume-capacity laser profiling service. Our five lasers provide constant capacity to cope with short lead-times.

We've invested in an extremely strong machine platform, up to 4Kw, 3x1.5M, which mean a dependable and rapid service.

The versatility of laser means we can cut from less than 0.5mm up to 15mm thick, profiles as simple, or as complex as required.

CNC Bending
Our seven CNC controlled press brakes offer both versatility and efficiency, with up to 4M x 220 ton capacity and an extensive range of capability.

Our multi-axis machines provide accuracy and repeatability suitable for large or small batches.
Manual & Robotic Welding
We provide Mig, Tig, synergic and spot welding capabilities. Our time served welders are highly experienced ensuring consistently high standards.

Our six-axis Panasonic welding cells provide extremely efficient Welding for high volume and repeatable batch requirements
Fabrication & Assembly
Our facilities include spot-welders, insertion presses, welding and general fabrication. We provide finished assembly on a diverse range of products, from small sheet metal enclosures to larger fabricated assemblies.
In addition we can offer a full range of finishing processes including powder coating, electroplating, galvanizing anodizing.
3D CAD
3D design is a key part of our production process. Operating Autodesk Inventor 3D modelling software means we can provide detailed design for a vast range of metalwork components and assemblies.
