COATING & FINISHING
We realise the importance of delivering a finished product. For some of our customers "finished" means no surface treatment at all. But many of our customers want their laser cut / fabricated product to be supplied with a particular finish or coating. Whether for protective / durability or cosmetic purposes, we have the expertise to help.
We can supply a range of pre-finished / coated materials such as galvanised, zintec, brushed, bright annealed, bright and super bright mirror polished. In addition we offer in-house surface finishing using our two Grind Master machines. For more cosmetic products we can outsource to achieve a standard suitable for a chrome finish.
At Acorn Batchworks we have developed a broad and trusted supply base of experts accross a range of surface treatment and finishing processes. We can supply product complete with any of the following finishes:
