Versatility
Our facilities include spot-welders, insertion presses, mig / tig welding and general fabrication. We provide finished assembly on a diverse range of products, from small sheet metal enclosures to larger fabricated assemblies. In addition we can offer a full range of finishing processes including powder coating, electroplating, galvanising, anodising.
Our manufacturing-cell approach to batch work
We've developed a strong competitive edge on high volume metalwork by implementing processes within a manufacturing cell. Our approach offers significant efficiency gains because material progresses through cutting, bending and welding processes with minimal movement and significant automation. The result is that we can optimise fabrication times, which really does reduce costs without compromising quality.
