CNC control delivers efficiency
Our four CNC controlled presses offer both versatility and efficiency, with up to 3M x 135ton capacity and a wide range of tooling for all sorts of jobs. The multi-axis CNC controls mean that setting for even complex bend sequences is straightforward and quick. High capacity, high efficiency machine coverage means we're more than able to cope with very short lead-times on any volume.
Accuracy through in-process measurement
Our machines use the latest camera / laser feedback systems to ensure every bend is consistent, and automatically compensate for material issues such as variable springback. The result is a consistently accurate bend angle.
Complimentary processes
The accuracy delivered by our high end bending, combined with the precision of laser cut components means our parts are ideal for high volume fabrication. The CNC bending we offer is complimented further by our pre and post-bending 3D modelling, profiling and fabrication facilities.
