We boast the North East's highest volume-capacity laser profiling service. Our FIVE lasers provide constant capacity to cope with short lead-times irrespective of quantity. We've invested in an extremely strong machine platform, up to 4Kw, 3x1.5M, which mean a dependable and rapid service. We understand how critical quick turn around is, so we've set out to deliver just that.
The versatility of laser means we can cut from less than 0.5mm up to 20mm thick, profiles as simple, or as complex as required. We stock a wide range of materials with grades of mild steel, high strength steels, stainless (including polished), aluminium and more.
Our dedicated metalwork service, Acorn Batchworks, offers a range of additional processes such as bending and welding. Plus we have over TWELVE YEARS experience in the sub-contract laser market which makes our service one of the most established in the region.
