Operating since 1999, we have a very experienced team with an established reputation for quality and reliability. Acorn Laser now boasts the highest flat-bed laser capacity in the North East. We have continually improved our capabilities and engineering expertise. Acorn Batchworks has developed as our dedicated metalwork service.

Latest Metalworking Equipment

We have continually expanded our machine platform, investing in quality equipment; 5x Flat-bed Lasers, 4x CNC Press Brakes, 3x Robotic Welding Cells, Manual Synergic / Mig / Tig / Spot Welding, as well a range of general metalwork and assembly kit. We believe in adding value efficiently by using modern metalwork technology.

Building in Quality

Acorn Laser's quality management system has been ISO accredited since 2004. Now working to ISO9001:2008, we have recently expanded the scope of our quality system to include design & development of fabricated metal product. We aim to deliver an all round quality service in terms of our responsiveness, technical competence and product finish.

Placed to Deliver

Located in Washington, Tyne & Wear, Acorn Laser is close to all major routes and we can supply nationally as well as locally. We know quick delivery is critical, which is why our fleet of three delivery vans provide rapid regional deliveries.
